Refund Policy

All Portsmith sales are final. Three Olives Creative LLC does not offer voluntary, change-of-mind, goodwill, or unused-license refunds, credits, or exchanges after a license is purchased. Portsmith provides a three-day trial so you can evaluate its functionality and compatibility before buying.

A change in preference, failure to use the license, or incompatibility with a system that does not meet the requirements disclosed before purchase does not create a voluntary refund right.

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any withdrawal right, consumer guarantee, conformity remedy, warranty, repair or replacement right, price reduction, termination right, refund, or other remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where mandatory law requires a remedy, we will comply with that law.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and legal seller for Portsmith checkout. It processes payments, taxes, refunds, fraud matters, and chargebacks. Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund when required by law, under its buyer terms, or at its discretion in connection with fraud or chargeback prevention. Those actions are not a voluntary refund promise by Three Olives Creative LLC.

Review the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms and use the order link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt for payment-specific assistance.

If you paid but did not receive a working license key, contact hello@threeolivescreative.com with the checkout email and Lemon Squeezy order number. We will verify the order and make a reasonable effort to deliver, correct, or reissue the license. Do not send full payment card information.

A valid license includes, at no additional charge, updates to the same product that we generally release and make available. We do not promise a particular release schedule, future feature, or perpetual development, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The release or absence of an optional future update does not create a voluntary refund right.

Agent Island's agent-session monitoring is included in Portsmith and is covered by every Portsmith trial and license at no additional charge. The standalone Agent Island build is a retired preview, not a current offer, and receives no further updates. Mentioning the retired preview in this policy does not create a separate price, checkout, or refund entitlement; mandatory law and merchant-of-record obligations still apply.
